Sri Lanka often referred to as the "Pearl of the Indian Ocean". The current legislative Capital of Sri Lanka is Sri Jayawardenapura Kotte. The current President of Sri Lanka is Mr. Anura Kumara Dissanayake. Sri Lanka is a Buddhist country. There are for main religion such as Buddhism, Islam, Hindu and Christian.  Sri lanka has many cultural events such as Sinhala & Tamil new year, Ramazan, Thaipongal, christmas etc.    Sri lanka made Sinhala as the main language in our country. Sri lanka is famous for producing finest tea, rubber & Coconut, as well as exotic spices. Sri Lanka being as a lower middle-income country. The amazing gardens, attractive waterfalls, beautiful rivers , forest and various plants flowers are the main benefactors of increase the beauty. Adam's Peak is the most sacred mountain in the country.

  My School is Mayurapada Central College. It is situated in Dambadeniya electorate of Kurunegala district in north western Province of Sri Lanka. Established in 1944, it is one of the Central Colleges that were created during the 1940s in accordance with Dr. C. W. W.
